MEMBERS PORTION
Members’portions arise when health care service providers are refunded in full by the Scheme, but the member still has to cover the cost of a co-payment applicable to the particular benefit.
Members actively employed can refund the Scheme by payroll deduction ( Pensioner members can refund the Scheme by cheque payment ) or make use of the Electronic payments and collection system.

PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, the Scheme can only accept the original Electronic payments/collections form and not faxed or emailed versions. Post your completed form to: Private Bag X1897, Rivonia, 2128
